My plugins have been neglected for a while but I'm finally releasing an update for Tippy. Version 3.1.1 (should) fix an issue with tooltip position in Chrome and Safari 4.
If you already have Tippy installed and run WordPress 2.5 or above you should see the update in your Admin panel once the WordPress Plugin repository updates. Otherwise get it from the Tippy page.

David,
Did you have any errors report when you installed 3.1.1? Are you using Tippy alongside the ESV plugin? What version of that plugin do you have installed?

Using ESV 3.5. Didn't get any error messages. I assume I should just reload 3.1.0??

@ David Rogers
What web browser/version do you use? The only change in 3.1.1 is with how it detects mouse position. The only reason I can think of that it would not work is if it conflicts with the web browser you are using.

I reloaded 3.1.0 and it works. Sure would like to know why .1 didn't.

Using IE8. But what I lost was the hover function. Dont't know what else because it wouldn't display. I didn't try the other settings. ESV was working, however.

Tippy 3.1.1 breaks support for IE8. Not sure about older versions. Some might call this a feature. *sigh* More work! I'll try to get 3.1.2 out tonight with a fix.

It's always something, isn't it, Chris? Remember, "no good deed goes unpunished!" Great plugin btw. It really delivers the "wow" factor. Thanks,
David

Just submitted 3.1.2 to the plugin database, should show up soon. Let me know if it doesn't fix the problem.
