A busy day for plugins! With the release of Tippy 3.0.3 I am also releasing WordPress ESV Plugin 3.5.0. The main change with this version is to take advantage of the new ability for users to interact with tooltips, allowing you to include a listen link within your tooltips:
To make use of this new feature you must also install the new Tippy.
Get the WordPress ESV Plugin from its page, Tippy from its page.

There seems to be a limit on how many verse references a page can have. I had one really long post, with a ton of scripture references, the end result was that the page was just blank.
I removed about 3/4 of the article (reducing the # references) and the page displayed again.
Has anyone else noticed a threshold?

There is a limit on how many verses can be downloaded each day. This is a limit in the ESV API. Perhaps you are running up against that.

I've seen that too. In my case, I made most of the verses non-links but it seems better now.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but with WP 2.7.1
I have the options set to static, inline.
When saving a post it correctly formats the references. But if I need to save the post a second time, or update it for some reason, it formats the references a second time creating a real mess in the code...everything is double linked and the audio links no longer work, they just take you to the esv.org site instead of playing inline, etc.
Anyone know a way to fix this?
